During the third week of June a day camp is offered for ages 8 to 14 and a hitting camp for ages 8 to 17. A pitching and catching camp is held the second week of July. Residential camps only for high school players, excluding incoming freshmen, are held the latter parts of June and July. Conducted by Fresno State coaching staff and some of the finest high school, Jr. college coaches and professional scouts in the valley. Held at Beiden Field on the campus of Fresno State.

We have two seperate camps: The Rex Walters USF High School Elite Basketball Camp, will be conducted August 2, 2008 and this camp is specifically designed for High School players looking to further the progress of their game and showcase skills at the next level. Players will get the opportunity to play against some of the best regional players in the state as well as gain insight into the world of collegiate men's basketball. At camp we will emphasize how to be a team player and an unselfish basketball talent. We will make sure each camper understands what hard work is and how a positive attitude can help your personal development and your teammates. We will reward good sportsmanship and emphasize a fun but competitive environment. The Rex Walters Summer Basketball Camp, scheduled for June 23-26, 2008, will no longer be taking place. Instead, we will be holding a winter basketball clinic in November or December (dates coming soon). We would like to stress that we will definitely be running this summer basketball camp next summer. Our Tackle Football Camp for ages 6-12 is a full pads football camp especially designed for the beginner to intermediate youth player. Each session takes the campers on a progressive journey through the fundamentals of all positions of football. Offensive Line, Defensive Line, Quarterback, Receiver, Defensive Back, Linebacker and Running Back. Special emphasis is placed on proper and safe ways of tackling, blocking and good fundamentals at the receiver and quarterback positions. The tempo and intensity of this program fits the "just emerging " athlete and those who have never played a tackle game previously. Most of the time is spent learning good fundamentals rather than conditioning. With 3/4 contact level, game and program rules are modified to provide a safer environment for campers to learn.
