Basketball

The day camp is usually held the latter part of June for ages 7-15. Includes: individual instruction, 3 on 3 tournaments, 5 on 5 games and much more! Coaching staff includes current Tribe players and coaches. Each camper receives a daily lunch and t-shirt. Some players will be awarded prizes.

Merestead offers field hockey and lacrosse camps for girls ages 11-18 at Sweet Briar College in Sweet Briar, June 22-26, 2008 and at Randolph-Macon College, July 27-29, 2008. Campers may choose to play all field hockey, all lacrosse or a combination of both. We're two camps for the price of one. An excellent coaching staff of college, high school and international coaches provide an exceptional learning environment.

The two weeks of Excellence camps feature advanced training techniques, incorporating full and small sided tournaments against teams of the same age. The staff is highlighted with college coaches from all divisions and aided by college players. The team camp runs from July 14-18 and the advanced camp runs from July 21-26.

Volleyball
